Bus Bar Solutions
In electric power distribution and power electronics, laminated bus bars are used as highways for electron flow having customized connections between the power source and the capacitors, IGBT’s and the complete system. The material composition and cross-sectional size of the bus bar determine the maximum amount of current that can be safely carried. Bus bars can have a cross-sectional area of as little as 10 sq. mm (0.016 sq. in).
